In pursuance of order passed by this Court, Sri Pankaj Kumar, Consolidation Officer appears in person and submits that report was already served in Office of Registrar General of this Court on 16.11.2023. Today, a report has been submitted by Registry that inadvertence the aforesaid report was not placed before this Court on last hearing. Now the report has been placed and it has been ensured by Consolidation Officer that case is at fag end and it will be decided within a period of two months. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that on basis of above statement present writ petition may be disposed of. In the aforesaid circumstances and taking note of statement made by the Consolidation Officer, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that the Consolidation Officer will adhere to his solemn statement.
