¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition as he states that there is some defect in the writ petition. He prays for liberty to file a fresh petition.

¶2Sri S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Nilamber Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4 have no objection to the same.
