¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.3 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the respondent No.5 to 7 over the Arazi/Gata No.313 area 0.038 Hectare which is recorded in Revenue Record as Rasta situated at Village Domanpur, Chiuhatiya, Tehsil Sadar, District Bhadohi (Sant Ravi Das Nagar), by invoking the provisions under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as well as Rules framed there under forthwith."

¶3A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner has remedy to move an appropriate application u/s 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the mater.
