¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land acquisition reference no.1 of 2011-12 is still pending before respondent no.2 and, therefore, it may be directed to be decided within stipulated time.

¶2Having regard to the submission made, we dispose of the instant petition with a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the reference as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of the instant order provided there is no legal impediment.
