¶1Ms. Aditi Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners has vehemently argued that the impugned order is bereft of reasoning. However, later on pointing out of Mr. Brajesh Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent that one of the respondent herein was not made a party before the Revisional Court and it was one of the ground to reject the revision petition, but he has been made a party in this petition, therefore, learned counsel referred the averments and cause title.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners accordingly prays that this writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to petitioners to file a recall application with the prayer to implead Bhoopram (respondent No.6 herein) as a party in the revision petition.

¶3Mr. Brajesh Shukla has no objection if aforesaid prayer is allowed.
