¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that court below be directing the Principal Judge, Family Court, Fatehpur to decide the applicant dated

12.10.2023, under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C. moved by the applicant, registered as Case No. 669 of 2023, (Chandrasen Versus Pushpa), under Sectioin 126 Cr.P.C. Police Station, Bindki, District Fatehpur pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Fatehpur, expeditiously within a stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the lower court may be directed to decide the complaint as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.

¶4Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of two months if there is no other legal impediment.
