¶1Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to decide the matter of Bikau Sahani vs. Land Management Committee & others, under Section 32/38 UP Revenue Code, 2006 referred by UP Zila Adhikari/SDM, Sadar, Maharajganj vide his report dated

25.08.2020 within stipulated period."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raised preliminary objection that the petitioner is a complainant and not a party to the proceedings, therefore, writ petition is not maintainable on his behalf.

¶4In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
