By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Auraiya to decide the Case No. 940 of 2022 (Lali alias Kalpana vs. Niranjan Singh) arising out of Case No. 24 of 2015 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Phaphund, District Auraiya within a tipulated time. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that an application u/s 125 Cr.P.C. is pending consideration which has not been decided till date. Perused the record as well as the order-sheet. Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, expeditiously. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the court below i.e. Principal Judge, Family Court, Auraiya is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
