By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (I) Gautam Budha Nagar to decide and pass appropriate order in Criminal Case No. 2023 of 2015 (State Versus Raju Pandit and others), under Sections 386, 506 & 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Badalpur, District Gautam Buth Nagar within a stipulated time. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending consideration since 2015 before the court concerned. Perused the record as well as the order-sheet. Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, expeditiously. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the court below i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (I) Gautam Budha Nagar is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
