¶2Despite 04 learned counsels appearing in the matter on behalf of the applicant, no one appears to press this application even when the matter has been taken up in the revised list. Sri H.N. Shukla, Sri J.S. Bundela, Sri R.P. Shukla, Sri R.R. Shukla and Sri Vishesh Kumar, learned counsels for the the opposite party no. 2 are also not present in the revised call.

¶3Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State is present.

¶4The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant H.C. Tripathi to quash the proceedings of S.T. No. 1134 of 2001, which was in pursuance of Case Crime No. 61 of 1999, under Section 302 I.P.C., P.S.- Khakhreru, District Fatehpur, pending before the Sessions Judge, Fatehpur and with the further prayer to stay the further proceedings of aforesaid case during pendency of the present criminal misc. application before this Court.

¶5Records show that there are four learned counsels appearing in the matter for the applicant. Despite the same, there is no one present to press this application even when the matter is called in the revised list.

¶6Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, the present application is dismissed in non prosecution.

¶7Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
