¶1Heard Sri Madan Singh learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Vikas Srivastava, learned counsel for informant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Munna @ Omveer, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 56/2023 under Section-302, 504, 201 I.P.C. and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station - Shahbad, District-Rampur.

¶3There is allegation against the applicant and four named accused of committing the murder of one person. Motive of crime has been assigned to the applicant.

¶4This Court after hearing the learned counsels for the parties does not finds any ground for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage.

¶5The bail application is accordingly, rejected.

¶6The trial court is directed to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible, preferable within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
