Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the A.C.J.M. court no.s7, Varanasi to decide the Case No. 1702 of 2018 under section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Sarnath, District Varanasi in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
