Sri Vinay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition wherein the relief has been sought for according compassionate appointment in terms of Section 16G Chapter III Regulation 103 to 107 of the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921 by a married sister who is currently not staying with her husband on account of the death of her unmarried brother. According to him the writ petition is not properly constituted. He seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.
