¶1Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to decide the proceedings of Case No.422 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.T202305440500422), Gaon Sabha Vs. Parvati, under Section 67 of UP Revenue Code, 2006, Village-Prashurampur, Pargana-Sidhuwa Jovna, Tehsil-Khadda, District-Kushi Nagar, pending in the Court of Tehsildar-Khadda, Tehsil-Khadda, District-Kushi Nagar, within stipulated period."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raised preliminary objection that the petitioner is not a party to the proceedings, therefore, writ petition is not maintainable on his behalf.

¶4In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
