¶4Interim order dated 13-03-2007 stands vacated.

¶5Registrar (Compliance) is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court within a week"

¶3As directed earlier, the matter is listed peremptorily, today. However, the same could not be taken up. Today also, none is present to press the application.
