Hon'ble Manoj Bajaj,J. The applicant, by means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has invoked the inherent powers of this Court with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 3044 of 2017, under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, P.S. New Agra, district Agra, as well as summoning order dated 16.8.2017 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, court no. 9, Agra.
