24.12.2020 for grant of fire arm licence of the SBBL Gun within specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for grant of Arm License is pending since 2020 and same may be decided by respondent authority within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to aforesaid submission. Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent-2 to decide application dated 24.12.2020 filed by the petitioner for grant of fire arm licence, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the concerned authority, in accordance with law, provided there is no other legal impediment.
