The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Khwaj Ahmed, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 365 of 2023, under Section-366, 342, 506, 376(2)

(n) I.P.C., Police Station - Nawabganj, District - Bareilly. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry, her unlawful confinement, commission of offence of rape and criminal intimidation. Learned counsel for applicant has submitted that it is a case of false implication. Medical report of victim does not supports the allegation. This Court after hearing the learned counsels for the parties finds injuries on the private parts of the victim. The arguments advanced by learned counsel for applicant are incorrect. The bail application is accordingly, rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible, preferable within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
