¶1Case called out in the revised list. None appears on behalf of the petitioner to address the Court.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 03.01.2012 (Annexure No. 4) passed by the respondent no. 2-Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Agra Division, Agra, in Revision No. 110/ 2008, as well as the order dated 22.01.2008 (Annexure No. 2) passed by the respondent no. 3-Assistant Collector, 1st Class, Mainpuri, in Suit No 35/ 1998-99."

¶3It has been contended by learned Standing Counsel that the order impugned has been passed in the year 2012 and there is no explanation in the writ petition by the petitioner as to why he has filed this writ petition so late.
