¶2The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-Gaurav Sharma on bail in Case Crime No. 302 of 2019, under Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Nakhasa, District Sambhal during pendency of the trial.

¶3In compliance with the direction of this Court, the Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Judicial Magistrate, Outer Court, Sambhal has sent his report dated

2.11.2023, according to which the trial in the aforesaid case has been decided vide judgment and order dated 29.11.2022.
