¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 13.9.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 0072 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 354, 326A, 406 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Firozabad.
