A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Ankur Goyal, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 as to the maintainability of this petition because the Armed Forces for the purposes of ministerial establishment stands notified under Section14 of the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the above legal position. In view of the above, I decline to entertain this petition at this stage. However, liberty rests with the petitioner to apply before the Central Administrative Tribunal, if so advised. Subject to aforesaid liberty, this petition consigned to records.
