Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has taken Kisan Credit Card loan, but on the same date without the knowledge of petitioner the same was converted to daily loan and, therefore, the petitioner is disputing the same. Learned counsel for the respondents are vehemently opposing the said prayer and submits that in the event, if the petitioner is disputing then the present writ petition is not maintainable and remedy is before the Civil Court. Confronted with the said fact, learned counsel for the petitioner could not reply in positive. In view of above, the petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 24.11.2023 A.P.
