¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 28.9.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 473 of 2023, under Sections 3 (1) UP Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Sumerpur, District Hamirpur.
