Amendment Application No.4 of 2023. Heard. Amendment application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to incorporate the necessary amendment during the course of the day. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had applied for allotment of a plot bearing no.717/4 MIG admeasuring area 158.30 sq. meter and had also undertaken the necessary formalities yet the bid has not been accepted and the authority has proceeded to re-advertise the plot. The submission is that the grievance of the petitioner has not been considered and there is no reason to deny the allotment of plot to the petitioner. In the facts of the case, we are of the opinion that grievance of the petitioner can more appropriately be examined by the second respondent at the first instance. In that view of the matter we permit the petitioner to approach the second respondent who shall get the petitioner's grievance examined by passing appropriate reasoned order as may be warranted in law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
