Hon'ble Syed Aftab Husain Rizvi,J. This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to take action against illegal constructions, allegedly raised by certain developers. Perusal of the record would go to show that the affected builders have not been impleaded as a party in the writ petition. In their absence, we are not inclined to proceed in the matter. Faced with the above observations, learned counsel for the petitioners comes up with a prayer to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to file afresh after impleading the affected parties as respondents.
