¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioners who are working on a Group-D posts are seeking promotion on the post of Junior Assistant a Class-III post as per the Service Rules that provide for promotion avenues.

¶3It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that in above regard petitioners have jointly represented the matter before the higher authorities on 09.11.2023.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of the petitioners is directed to be disposed of by the competent authority in accordance with law.

¶5In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent authority in the matter to take decision upon the pending representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
