¶1Sri Anil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, fairly submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with observation that revision filed at the instance of Respondent-4 bearing No. 305 of 2023 be decided expeditiously.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents has no objection to aforesaid prayer.
