¶1Heard Shri Sanjeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned show cause notice dated 14.08.2023 issued by Additional District Magistrate (F/R) Sant Kabir Nagar (State vs. Riyaz Ahmad) and (State vs. Shahzad @ Ramzan), under Section 3 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present petition has become infructuous and as such it may be dismissed.
