¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

¶2The Stamp Reporter has submitted a report that by means of the present transfer application, applicant has sought transfer of two suits i.e. Suit No.51 of 2022 (Sanjeev Singh Rana Vs. Kajal Rana @ Kajal Solanki) pending before the court of Civil Judge (J.D.), Ist Baghpat to the court of Civil Judge-IInd, Meerut and Misc. Case No.8 of 2022, under Section 340 of Cr.P.C. pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Baghpat to the court of Civil Judge, Meerut, and therefore, transfer application seeking transfer of two suits is not maintainable.
