¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2It appears from the record that revision petition filed before the competent authority namely Additional Director General of Police, Meerut Zone, Meerut, filed as Annexure-5 to the writ petition, has remained pending consideration.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel submits that revision petition filed by the petitioner under the statutory rules can be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.

¶4In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent authority to dispose of the pending revision of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
