Applicants being accused have approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the proceedings of Compliant Case No. 6696 of 2022, titled Dr. Jeevesh Parashar Vs. Pawan Tyagi, as well as the summoning order dated 23.8.2022 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Meerut. When confronted with the maintainability of the application, in view of the availability of alternative remedy of revision against the impugned order issuing process against the applicant, learned counsel for applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to approach the court of sessions.
