¶1Instructions obtained today by the learned Standing Counsel is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶3Petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated

23.09.2023 by which he has been directed to show cause as to why his services may not be terminated for concealing material fact regarding criminal antecedents at the time of appointment.

¶4Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already replied to the show cause notice on 20.10.2023.

¶5Learned Standing Counsel submits that reply submitted by the petitioner may be directed to be considered and disposed of.

¶6In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the District Commandant Home Guards to pass final orders upon the reply of the petitioner dated 20.10.2023 submitted to the show cause notice.
