The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent no. 1/Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (South), Allahabad to decide and conclude the proceedings of Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 871 of 2018 within a period stipulated as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that aforesaid case of the petitioners is pending since 2018 and same may be decided within the stipulated time. The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 1/Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (South), Allahabad to decide and conclude the proceedings of Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 871 of 2018, in accordance with law provided there is no other legal impediment.
