Mrs. Manjari Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioners has made a statement at bar that she seeks to withdraw the present writ petition wherein the challenge has been made in the order dated 01.06.2022 insofar as the date of regularisation of the writ petitioner may be deemed/considered on the date of the appointment or in alternative from the date of the Government order dated 24.02.2016 with liberty to file afresh, as according to her, the present petition has not properly been constituted. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Order Date :- 28.11.2023 A.
