¶1The writ Court on 09.03.2022 while disposing of Writ B No. 366 of 2022 passed the following order : "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that appeal no.301 preferred by petitioner has been allowed by order dated 06.08.2018 of Settlement Officer Consolidation, Bulandshahar but order dated 06.08.2018 has not been executed till date. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter, if there is no other legal impediment. The writ petition is disposed of subject to the observations made above."
