¶1Heard Mr. Vinod Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Udayan Nandan, learned counsel for respondent-cane cooperative society and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2Petitioner is claiming sugarcane price dues for the Session 2022-2023 from respondent no.4.

¶3At the outset, reliance has been placed on the decision of the coordinate Bench of this Court in Avanish Kumar & 2 Others Vs. State of U.P. & 4 Others in Writ-C No.-29905 of 2023,2023:AHC:176907-DB decided 12th September, 2023.
