1.Heard Sri Chandra Bhushan Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri U.C.Prajapati and Sri Pramod Kumar Maurya, appearing on behalf of respondent no.5.

¶2I find merit in the argument of learned counsel for petitioners that despite specific averments taken in the revision petition that Settlement Officer of Consolidation has not given any land on Original Gata No.305 of petitioners, but same has not been considered, therefore, illegality has been committed.

¶3Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that in case the matter is remanded, same may be decided by the Revisional Authority expeditiously.

¶4In the aforesaid circumstances, impugned orders dated 6.7.2023 and 28.12.2022 are set-aside and this case is remitted to the Deputy Director of Consolidation to decide afresh after hearing all the parties within a period of three months from today after taking note of memo of revision petition.
