¶1Heard Shri Ashok Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 19.10.2023, registered as Case Crime No.0424 of 2023, under Sections 409, 420 IPC, Police Station Kothibhar, District Maharajganj. Further prayer has been made not not take any coercive measure pursuant to impugned FIR.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
