Case no.
WRIC 40627/2023

Judgment

Court No. - 39 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 40627 of 2023 Petitioner :- Ramesh Kumar Bind Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Kaushlendra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Arvind Kumar Yadav Hon'ble Saumitra Dayal Singh,J. Hon'ble Shiv Shanker Prasad,J.

¶1Heard Mr. Kaushlendra, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2Petitioner seeks cancellation of registration of Matsya Jivi Cooperative Society, Bhela Samodhpur, Shahganj, District-Jaunpur.

¶3As to locus, it is undisputed that the petitioner is not a member of that society. He seems to be opposed to the registration of that society. He describes himself to be a fisherman.

¶4Insofar as the petitioner is neither a member of such society nor he has any competing right, he may remain busy body, but not a person aggrieved. Even otherwise, it is doubtful that such writ petition may have ever been maintained to cancel the registration granted by a statutory body, to a third party.

¶5The present writ petition is misconceived. Even otherwise, it lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.

¶6No order as to cost. (Shiv Shanker Prasad, J.) (Saumitra Dayal Singh, J.) Order Date :- 28.11.2023 Sushil/- High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
