In the facts of the case, we are not inclined to interfere with the show cause notice issued to the petitioners under Section 27(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning & Development Act, 1973, inasmuch as the petitioners have merely been called upon to submit their reply in the matter, at this stage. The remedy of the petitioners would be to submit reply to the show cause notice and it goes without saying that in the event such reply is filed, the concerned authority shall take an appropriate reasoned decision, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
