¶1None present on behalf of the petitioners.

¶2It has been informed by Sri A.C.Nishad, learned Standing Counsel that petitioners have challenged the order of Settlement Officer of Consolidation and have approached this Court directly without availing the alternative remedy and the declaration made in paragraph 33 is not sufficient to consider this writ petition at first instance.

¶3I have carefully perused averment made in this writ petition and find merit in above submission, therefore, this writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
