¶1Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this case has wrongly been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., whereas it should have been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India.

¶2Learned A.G.A. has no objection in the aforesaid prayer.

¶3Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
