Petitioner appears to have moved an application for correction of village map under Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Question answer has been produced as per which such proceedings are pending since 2021 and no orders have been passed. Since proceedings have remained pending for sufficiently long, and the petitioner apprehends that he may be dispossessed by the authorities, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the second respondent to accord consideration to petitioner's pending application for correction of map, in proceedings no. 202307190000255 in Case No.255/2023, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, after notice to the aggrieved parties.
