¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Mr. Azad Rai, learned counsel for the respondent-Gaon Sabha.

¶2The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent no.2 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 8.8.2023 alleged to be send by registered post on 29.5.2023 as well as for making inquiry in respect to the lease executed on 31.10.1995.

¶3Perusal of the application dated 29.5.2023/3.7.2023 annexed as Annexure Nos. 6&7 to the writ petition disentitle the petitioner to challenge the lease executed for residential purpose on 31.10.1995 i.e. 28 years before.

¶4No case for interference is made out in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to decide the application dated 8.8.2023 as well as for making inquiry in respect to the lease executed on

31.10.1995.
