Shri Alok Mishra, learned counsel for the Electricity Department has informed that before issuing the demand notice dated 10.08.2019, there was a final assessment order. This final assessment order was provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner if he is so advised may challenge the final assessment order. At this stage, therefore this writ petition is dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final assessment order.
