¶1Heard Sri V.S. Rajpoot, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Devesh Vikram, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. .

¶2The present review application is preferred to review/modify the order dated 12.10.2023 passed by this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition (C) No. 32644 of 2023 (Parshadi Singh Vs. State of U.P. & 4 Ors.) whereby the writ petition was disposed of with following observation:- "6. Considering the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. In case, the petitioner moves a fresh application for issuance of fresh licence for the saw mill before the concerned authority within a week's time, the same would be considered and decided by the said authority as per law within four weeks' time from the date of filing the same along with a certified copy of this order. Needless to say that we have not adverted any opinion on the merits of the case."

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant has prayed for modifying the aforesaid order only to the extent that in third line of sixth paragraph of the order, the word "new" may be substituted in place of the word "fresh".

¶4Accordingly, the word "new" is substituted in place of the word "fresh" occurring in third line of sixth paragraph of the order dated

12.10.2023.
