¶1Heard Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Mishra assisted by Ms. Abhilasha Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant seeking direction to the Presiding Officer, Additional Court-II, Kanpur Nagar to decide complaint Case No.5726 of 2019 (Prabhakar Srivastava Vs. S.B. Engineers) under Section 138 NI Act, Police Station Kakadeo, Kanpur Nagar within stipulated period.

¶3At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties concerned have settled their disputes. On account of compromise between them, the cause of this case has lost its efficacy, therefore, the applicant may be allowed to withdraw this application.

¶4Learned AGA has no objection to such prayer.
