¶1On 30.10.2023, the case was adjourned on the illness slip of Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellants and the appeal has been directed to be listed peremptorily on 28.11.2023.

¶2Today, the case has been listed peremptorily and Shri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellants has again sent illness slip.

¶3Since the appeal is listed peremptorily today, therefore, this Court shall not entertain the illness slip sent by Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellants. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
