¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhishek Singh, Advocate bearing Advocate Roll No.A/A1707/2023 holding brief of Sri Ronak Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the opposite party.

¶2The present application has been filed by the applicant-wife seeking transfer of Case No.587 of 2022 (Pradeep Upreti Vs. Smt. Hema), under Section 13(1)(i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Hapur to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad.

¶3Learned counsel for the opposite party states that he has no objection if the Case No.587 of 2022 (Pradeep Upreti Vs. Smt. Hema), under Section 13(1)(i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Hapur is transferred to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad.

¶4In view of the consent given by the learned counsel for the opposite party, the Case No.587 of 2022 (Pradeep Upreti Vs. Smt. Hema), under Section 13(1)(i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Hapur is transferred to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad.

¶5The Principal Judge, Family Court, Hapur is directed to remit the record of Case No.587 of 2022 (Pradeep Upreti Vs. Smt. Hema), under Section 13(1)(i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad for its disposal.
